Amber Resolve founder, Trevor Hold, is a prime example of someone who, at the age of 40, began noticing that not only his life was filled with stress. His colleagues were breaking down in the workplace, bullying and despair rippled throughout.

Trevor founded Amber Resolve after completing a range of educational courses surrounding health and well-being and specialising in suicide prevention.

Amber Resolve was founded to help build resilient people, healthy communities and fit businesses, perfectly complemented by Trevor and his team’s various skillsets and industry experience.

The name of this business stems from the properties of the Amber gemstone itself, which run parallel with the Amber Resolve core values...

Amber is said to absorb negative energy and transform it into positive energy.
It is a stone that can promote purification and alleviate stress.
Initially a liquid, with the application of external forces and oxidation, Amber transforms into a resilient rock.

With a range of services on offer that are helpful to businesses, individuals and communities, Amber Resolve strives to continually empower, transform and strengthen people with professional and outside-the-box strategies and techniques.

Trevor

Trevor is also a qualified Counsellor and Mental Health practitioner.

He utilises his wealth of experience and knowledge of business and human psychology to craft services in personal empowerment, continuous improvement and healing.

Trevor believes that everyone is entitled to live the best possible life they can and helps with inspiration and framework to facilitate this entitlement.

Jody

Jody is the best all-rounder you’ll ever meet! She plays a crucial role in keeping Amber Resolve up and running by taking care of all things administration, payroll and personal assistance related. Her versatile nature allows her to continue to evolve from one aspect of the business to another, and she holds a wealth of knowledge from previous roles.

Jody has a passion for agricultural management and loves working on the family farm, alongside her duties at Amber Resolve.

Jakob

A qualified personal trainer, Jakob truly loves what he does and lends his knowledge and skills to the Amber Resolve vision by helping develop ways to create better physical outcomes for clients.

With a history of working in remote areas on gas fields, large stations and small regional towns in South Queensland, Jakob understands the value of community and approaches every client as though they are a friend or neighbour.

Kallis

Kallis is a creative soul, with a passion for making music that evokes positive emotions and connects with others in a truly wonderful way. Having spent time working in customer service roles, Kallis is highly empathetic and enjoys helping people in any way he can.

Working with Amber Resolve is Kallis’ way of connecting with people through music and assisting others in improving their happiness, health and overall well-being.
