Amber Resolve started from a small brain storming session. After assisting Erik with suitable transportation to take a few loads of rubbish to the dump from his residence in Ipswich.
Originally, thinking Amber Trust was a good option, it became Amber Resolve after the realisation Amber Trust was going to be to much effort to register because of the word Trust in business structure types. Within 24 hours of our initial brainstorming session we had a registered name through the already established shelf company HOLD Technologies Pty Ltd.

The word Amber came up after several options were tossed up during discussions about how the word Uber was nothing like Taxi or transport etc. Erik wanted something hip like that.

I have been collecting and researching Amber since starting my mental health journey on my 40th Birthday. I am fascinated by the process of formation and the rich ancient history of the Stone of purification.

I really enjoy collecting rare inclusions in the Amber I sourced. Insects are great to find in the Amber. I actually got a scorpion piece which is extra cool. Cockroaches, bees , mites, mosquitoes etc. are also great to have.

Erik was keen to initially play with the branding and he done an amazing job with different branding concepts before settling on our logo.

Due to my hectic schedule and travel routines, Erik decided to set up a shared Google Drive folder for us to share ideas and develop the new business startup.

Our first goal was to work out exactly what we were going to do. This took a lot of thought and continued development of our Amber Resolve Philosophy, Core Principles, Vision Statement and Mission Statement. After discussions and concepts presented by Erik for business cards, we mutually agreed not to publish our contact details. I have thousands of cards printed from previous business startups and none of them were used. Often the phone number,

address or details were obsolete now. In addition, we both agreed no one uses business cards anyways. So we decided to make a promotional card with vital emergency contacts and information on the back. We are going to hand them out to participants of our workshops. Suicide prevention is a big driving factor for my involvement and I thought this was important.

Marketing is always fun. Though consideration to the message you want people to hear is required. My son Jakob is a Personal Trainer and discussions how Mental Health and overall good well-being and physical engagement were linked took place between Erik and myself. So we decided to talk to Jakob to see if he would assist us. Erik decided to study to become qualified as Personal Trainer as well.
As we finalise our brochures and marketing introduction letters, which hopefully should be all finalised and printed by end of March, 2022, I am considering getting a marketing partner on board to assist with the messaging. I strongly believe what we envisage has great potential and is a service many businesses would like to investigate aligning with.
Feel free to reach out for more information or discussions on what assistance we could provide your company or business for better outcomes, both for the business and the people it engages.
